1. Who we are

2. The service
A Moment For lets you create a page dedicated to a loved one, share it and gather messages (thoughts, memories, wishes). Adding a message costs a one-time payment of $1; creating a page is free.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. It is a one-time payment per message, with no subscription. We do not store your card details. Payment for a digital service delivered immediately is non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the text and photos you add. Do not post illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes someone’s rights or privacy. For photos of people you must have the right and consent to publish them. We may moderate or remove inappropriate content.
5. Content rights
Your content remains yours. By publishing, you grant us a limited right to display it on that page and, if you choose "public", on the shared wall.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published here.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of România.
